I'm trying to lose weight and stay by cutting too many sweets in my diet healthy.

Use peaches 1 / 2 cup, preferably frozen or fresh, and mix with 1 / 4 cup raspberries. Add 1 / 4 c. Orange juice, if necessary, into the blender. Mix in 1 serving of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate, whatever you prefer). Also mix in 1 package of options. Equality reflects the taste of the fruit. For softer, add more egalitarian. Let dough sit for a few minutes, do not bubble to the taste, and is slightly better resolved.

Here are my favorite ... instead of bananas in the blender. Add a handful of blueberries, fresh or frozen strawberries and other fruits you like. Pour 1c. Soy milk and add a tablespoon of protein powder if you wish. Sometimes I add ice, but it depends on you. I usually also a little honey, but not really necessary. Smooth move. You may need to add more soy milk, depending on thickness. Enjoy!
