If a baby can "sit without support" does this mean sitting without toppling over after awhile? - phrases of support and sympathy

Baby Milestones use the term "sit without help, but I am confused what this means. My baby is certainly a strength, etc., to sit, but sometimes it is when it goes too far to get a toy . I do not know whether you have reached this stage or not.
