Trial Photoshop CS Filter Plugins? - photoshop cs plugins

I just downloaded the trial version of Photoshop CS, and will not let me use certain filters. I do not think it gives me some, because it is a trial version, but the filter I'm looking for a ride ( "") is in the file filter files "when files veiw" My Computer ".

Am I doing something wrong, and select the file (in "distortion") is on my computer, but not in the program?
