I wonder decent areas in search of residential properties. I was in Baton Rouge, once loved the area. What are some good communities to look?

The Garden District, just south of Baton Rouge, nothing, Shenandoah, Jefferson's old Perkins Road area, nothing on the right side of Highland LSU.
